  • What glass material can drilled with the laser machine?

    Glass material such as quartz sand, borax, boric acid, barite, barium carbonate, limestone, feldspar, soda ash, etc.. But the opaque glass and tempered glass can’t be drilled.

  • What are the requirements for the working environment when using the machine?

    The working environment requires a temperature of  26℃, no water on the ground, and a dust-free workshop.

  • How about the service life of the machine? And what is the consumables?

    The consumable is the laser. The longer the machine work, the weaker the laser's light gets, and the work efficiency is getting slower and slower, if you need to keep a good work efficiency, Just replace a new laser when the laser light become weak.

  • How about after-sales service?

    One year warranty on machine hardware and lifetime software maintenance and upgrades.

  • How about the chipped edge of the glass after using the laser machine?

    Red light laser machine can reach under 200μm, and the green light laser machine can reach under 150μm, chipped edge is several times smaller than traditional CNC drilling machines.

  • Can cutting be achieved with zero burrs?

    The laser cannot solve the problem of zero burrs. It can only control the burrs as much as possible. If there are requirements for burrs, the edge grinding process can be added.

  • What materials can this equipment mark?

    Our picosecond laser marking machine is mainly used for processing products and brittle materials that require very high marking precision. It is especially suitable for fine marking of transparent and highly reflective materials.

    The minimum processable length and width are 0.1mm.
